Make It Better

I'm happy to report that it's been exactly 1 month today since I stopped eating fast food. No Mc Donald's, no KFC, no Burger King - nothing. And why this change? Well if you haven't already seen it, I recommend that you watch the movie Fast Food Nation. It may be a fictional story, but it eerily mirrors how the fast food industry operates in real life, and the fact that you never really know what's gone into the making of your burger.
